I worked with Telecom Italia to digitalize and innovate many internal processes to reduce costs and to make them faster. I design a new way to activate new subscriber line, i propose and developed the first android app to activate new subscriber line and to test it. I also designed the first private cloud as backend of my app. This app is used by the 15000 technicians on filed. I designed the first platform to supervise all the process of design and develop of the network. Particular attention I was made about the security on the work, according to italian law 81/2008.In all my project i paied particular attention to aspect of cyber security: one of my project was indicate by Oracle as reference implementation for the aspect of security and trust.I was both a manager and an innovator and I was the person who continuously propose and test new tecnologies, solutions and metologies of work.

I worked to write proposal about VoIP quality of service measurements. These proposals were submitted to ITU-T VoIP commission and were accepted inside ITU-T standards.
