Responsible for driving the business development and project delivery for ERP, Productivity and Modern Workspace solutions, t various clients within local government, public entities and SMME's.

Contribute towards the development & maintenance of the department's Enterprise Architecture practice and manage the business analysis & design professionals, activities and deliverables in the delivery of modernized ICT business solutions for the department.

Responsible for Business Process Management (BPM), Process Analysis & Reengineering and Business Analysis in contribution to the implementation of modernized processes and systems to enhance the GPAA capacity to deliver services to its clients and beneficiaries.

Manage a team of process engineers that deliver innovative designs and support to the SARS Modernisation program.

Seconded from SARS to the Government Pensions Administration Agency to undertake the following:• Develop, introduce & manage the process engineering/business analysis competency• Develop an operations transformation strategy (i.e. GPAA Modernisation Strategy)• Introduce the Business Process Management competency• Define projects to be undertaken over five years to Modernise the GPAA’s Operations• Define the modernised GPAA operating model• Input into the modernised GPAA Organisational Design• Compile a detailed business current state analysis focusing on People, Processes and Technology

• Study, Analyse & Improve current business processes • Modelling current & future state processes on corporate modeller 10.3, • Research and brainstorm industry best practices so as to improve current processes,• Conduct workshops to determine ultimate current state processes,• Design future/improved workflow based processes,• Sell process new or improved solutions processes to business owners• Develop Business Requirements Specifications (BRS') for new/improved system workflows and functionalities• Ensure alignment of the Business Requirements to the system functional specifications,• Ensure alignment of the Business Requirements to the test cases,• Assist in the implementation and rollout of the new or improved system,• Provide functional training to system users,• Provide post implementation support to the business, to ensure successful deployment of the system changes or new functions,• Monitor & report on the performance of the new/improved process or system.

• Head up the 5S program for the Port Elizabeth Sealing systems plant.• Development of new and maintenance of existing production performance standards.• Conducting capacity studies on new and existing machinery.• Monitoring and measure Overall Equipment Efficiency & Assert effectiveness (OAE).• Monitor production labour efficiencies and production outputs on a weekly basis• Identification and implementation of approved continuous improvement projects, throughout the organisation.• Conduct production, method and time studies on bottleneck processes and advise on ways to improve the process.• Design production floor layouts for maximum performance / Process flow / output and ergonomics.• Participating in Federal Mogul South Africa's Lean Forum activities (Kaizen events).

• Head up the development of new parts (Headliners).• Ensuring that all new parts get tested and quality approved.• Conduct internal process audits to ensure that our processes adhere to customer requirements.• Managing the progress of the projects both internally and externally.• Liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure a timely completion of the projects.• Developing for each new part the following: a Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis. (FMEA), Standard Working Instructions for the Operators, Technical Data Sheets and the Bill Of Materials, Quality Control Plans, Packaging specifications and approvals• Dealing with customer concerns and change requirements on their parts.• Ensuring availability of all the required materials and tools for the production of Samples for a new part.• Train Operators on the process to produce new parts to customer requirements.
