o Coordinated Change Toronto, a network of representatives from social service agencies and people with lived experience of homelessness.o Coordinated the Cooling Centre Project. Supervised 30-40 people annually who had experience of homelessness as they operated cooling centres during Extreme Heat Alerts. Coordinated meetings and training, liaised between the City of Toronto and staff, conducted program evaluation and assisted people in finding employment.o Coordinated learning and networking events for 30 – 200 people on topics such as transitional housing, increasing trans inclusion in homeless services and homelessness among newcomers.o Wrote Trusting Potential, a report about employing people with lived experience.o Implemented and coordinated the Social Service Traineeship program providing paid, on-the-job training for people with lived experience of homelessness.o Prepared budgets and grant applications, coordinated meetings, networked with other organizations and prepared documentation from events and programs.
