Key Achievements: - Development of 457 Visa Application Process Guide.- Developed International Relocation Assistance Process & Claims Reimbursement Process.- Development of Living Away From Home (LAFHA) process.- Developed and Implemented the Workplace Gender Equality Committee.- Developed the Expatriate Handbook for all managers & staff travelling and relocating to China.- Developed the China Welcome handbook for employees relocating to China.Received Employee Recognition Reward Voucher 2010: Excellence in providing HR Service to Engineering Department.
