I oversee the entire marketing department and evaluate and develop marketing strategy and marketing plan. I plan, direct, and coordinate all marketing efforts while researching demand for company's products and services. Led dynamic committee to establish and implement Diversity and Inclusion campus wide in alignment with institution's strategic plan. I utilized a hands-on curriculum and other teaching methods to educate students. Monitored educational programs to ensure they met quality control standards by conducting needs assessments, designing learning environments, reviewing class evaluations, and providing instructor training and evaluation. Managed curriculum development and daily facility operations in alignment with institutional objectives. Applied diverse learning tools to mitigate learning gaps and effectively deliver curriculum using face to face lecture as well as Moodle and Canvas LMS.

Facilitated groups and activities that supported psychosocial rehabilitation model, monitoring and observation of clients, activity of daily living support, documentation, crisis prevention/intervention, contraband searches, inventory checks, admission, and discharge preparation with clients, and medication/meal monitoring. I consistently demonstrated dependability and adherence to HIPAA, client rights, safety and other pertinent regulations associated with client care. I documented plans, findings and results to submit to insurance carriers and communicated with legal services and local judicial systems.
