Working on the rolling programme of decarbonisation for Scotland's Railway, my main focus is to co-ordinate the development of Electrification at a programme level as well as the innovative workstreams associated with the programme.

Supporting Route Business Scotland during the whole life cycle of various business change projects including electrical safety delivery, implementation of maintenance software and managing the delivery small efficiency projects.

A one year secondment as PCM in the Infrastructure Projects, Scotland & North East region of Network Rail. Providing project controls governance, monitoring and reporting for the remainder of Control Period 5

Responsible for creating, maintaining and reporting on programmes of work to renew and refurbish switches and crossings on Scotland's rail infrastructure.

Working in an accelerated trainee programme, I was responsible for using P6 to schedule and monitor engineering scopes of work associated with Flowlines for the Jasmine platform located in the Central North Sea. I liaised closely with the entire project team including Engineering, Procurement, Document Control and Construction to input, plan and monitor all onshore work for the project, with the support of a Senior Construction Planner and Lead Planner for the contract.I left this role due to relocation.

Working on the Apache contract, I was primarily responsible for assisting the Senior Construction Planner to produce plans and histograms for the client. I used P6 to input and schedule minor offshore construction scopes.
