I love utilizing personality assessments and testing tools to uncover employees’ strengths and overall allow the team to build a deeper connection. Throughout my experience, I have had the opportunity to dive into many areas such as leadership, strategy, legal compliance, benefits, contracts, HR policy, employee development, onboarding, retention, hiring and management.
