On a regular basis, I work with my staff to produce high quality, from scratch meals for banquets/parties of 10 to 200 ranging from Barbeques, Beverage Pairing Events, Weddings, and Tournaments.

Direct management of as many as 15 servers and bus-persons per shift with indirect supervision of bartenders, bar backs, and bouncers for a multi-million dollar nightclub and restaurant. While employed with Bar A, I created new selling initiatives, re-vamped service standards (including side work, table set up, wine service), and developed existing talent utilizing my varied experiences and knowledge.

Organize and execute banquets from small scale barbecues to large weddings and corporate events. As of late, I have also taken on the majority of the kitchen administrative work including scheduling 50 employees, ordering, time clock correction, and maintaining an extensive BEO log for myself and 3 other internal kitchen areas.

My main duties include Kitchen Management; leading and training new employees, developing menus, selling on and off site parties, inventory management. I also train and direct staff throughout the restaurant, execute parties from the the service stand point and design advertisements. On occasion I also tend bar.
