I am highly motivated and passionate about the job that I do, helping people is what I really enjoy. I have completed my Master Practitioner of Timeline Therapy, NLP Master Coach, Master Practitioner of Hypnosis and Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming in Dec 2021. For the majority of my career I have worked in a learning & development environment and have a strong belief in life-long learning and continuous development. In April 2009 I won the County Council’s Customer Focus Award in the You’re a Star Staff Recognition Scheme. I’m committed to improving our employees experience of menopause and delighted to lead on the work to become the first Council to become a Menopause Friendly Workplace. It was an honour receive the Community Award at the Inaugural Menopause Friendly Awards in Oct 2022 and Leicestershire County Council won the Award for best training 👌 This is the work I get the most feedback from, people are so grateful for the comprehensive support that we offer.My other full-time job (hobby) is as Chair and Director for Thringstone Pantomime & Drama Society, and we won the Queen's Platinum Jubilee Award in 2022 for Community Service. I love acting onstage. singing and all forms of dance. I’m passionate about raising money for local charities in the local area as part of our work.My other hobby is being part of filming opportunities in the local area either in shorts or promotions.
