I work as part of a training team developing and delivering induction training and other mandatory training requirements in line with the Common Induction Standards and the QCF framework, across 3 branches in South and West Yorkshire, with the opportunity to develop specialist training and a management development programme.

My role was to develop and deliver both mandatory and specialist training to the domiciliary support worker team

Having many years experience working in the care industry I have developed a good understanding and knowledge of the support and advice needed to promote good practice in this industry. My strong interpersonal skills allow me to be an effective and efficient team member, which helps to ensure that all workloads/tasks are completed within the required time frames to meet client requirement. I am passionate about developing innovative solutions, training packages and problem solving to aid businesses to progress.
