I was responsible for the daily tasks of the kitting department, working with MRP, MRB, MPM, HDL, ERP and all points of the Logistics Department. Leadership of approximately twenty production support personnel. My responsibilities included maintaining shipments for all kits sent to offsite locations, Verifying the completion of all kits being sent to the aircraft production floor. Pushing part issues through that were needed, by HDL. I was respondsible for all return to stock parts that were returned from offsite or from the production floor that were no longer needed and return to correct warehouse location. I also, worked with other production facilities on field. Such as the harness shop, the paint shop, fabrication shop, black box (electrical) and other hangars when parts were needed for the production floor.In the shipping and receiving logistics department, I was responsible for assisting with the processing of all incoming inventory for the warehouse, repairs, customer parts and other inventory that would be sent to various other hangars. I have been trained in ITAR and FAR procedure which pertained to the FAA regulations of all inventory. During my time in the shipping and receiving department, I worked on the team that did a wall to wall inventory of the 180 warehouse, for the Liberty/Spiderworks programs. My responsibilities were to create spreadsheets of all parts to be inventoried for the various programs. Locating parts that were deemed lost, scrapped by mistake or the contract was closed. I maintained a spreadsheet of said recovered parts, and evaluated recovered monies for each project. I also created spreadsheets that cross referenced actual versus SAP inventory count of all warehouse inventory. All adjustments were worked in SAP to correct any loss or gain, correct budget, and gave an accurate count of all parts. I currently possess a Secret Clearance, and valid passport.
