I work as part of Reach Plc's expanding Customer Growth Team. My role is to lead a team of seven Marketing Managers across England, Wales and Scotland. We work with national, regional and our very newest digital brands and via our social channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue.

Leading a team of audience marketing managers across England and Wales we produce stand-out creative marketing campaigns and engagement initiatives that get our brands talked about, maximise loyalty from our audience and deliver results profitably. Since 2017 Reach Regionals have launched over 30 new digital brands to increasingly diverse digital and geographical audiences. Our campaigns for these and our existing portfolio successfully raise awareness of our newsbrands and their community values, drawing in new audiences and clearly showing how and why we love where we live. Reach plc now boasts an audience of over 40m adults for the 2nd consecutive month in a row for November 2019, displaying a firm +10% growth YoY - Comsore Nov 2019My role includes responsibility for driving major group-wide promotions, audience projects and ensuring audience engagement with significant commercial projects. This includes directing our marketing approach, audience engagement, best-practice and efficiencies.I am also data protection champion for national and regional marketing, plus the national advertising teams across ReachPlc. I worked as a key member of executive team, on the project and campaign to launch part-paid, part free distribution of the Birmingham Mail. Initiated and launched the prestigious Birmingham Post Business Awards, profitably in year one. Created and maintained multiple partnership agreements with local radio, events and councils, Commercial responsibility for reader travel, photo-sales and interactive revenues
