Coordinate and supervise all aspects of teller operations within the branch ensuring the dailyactivities of the tellers are performed in a timely, accurate and courteous manner. Assist customers with daily banking transactions.Supervise teller staff, assisting in the coaching, training and the development of tellers.Aid tellers with balancing problems.Order and maintain vault cash.Balance and maintain cash dispense machine(s).Audit ATM on a monthly basis as well as cash drawers, according to policy.Refer and cross-sell credit union products and services; meet or exceed sales goals.Ability to step in for the Assistant Branch Manager or Branch ManagerResearch and resolve member questions, problems and concerns by telephone,writtencorrespondence or in person.
