Auto Claims Associate - looking to move into a Claim Specialist position soon- preferably in Injury

Oversee the Learn to Swim program by providing hands-on direction of staff and participants. Communicate effectively with participants, Learn to Swim instructors, Y staff and leadership staff to ensure all information is correct and current and procedures are followed by all. Hiring/Terminating Learn to Swim instructors.Administer personal one-on-one training to individual instructors upon hire and continued training as they conform to their roles, using their strengths to help them feel happy and comfortable, allowing the program to run smoothly and efficiently. Promote Learn to Swim with Marketing staff to ensure the program is meeting the needs of the public. Keep accurate records of financial and participation growth to ensure maximum pool use and swim participation are achieved. Form and administer program levels and what is needed to be achieved in each level, including breaking down the techniques in a teachable manner. Continually organize all files, digital and paper, so they are readily accessible when needed. Keep all certifications current. Schedule Learn to Swim levels into limited pool usage space. Schedule classes with instructors. Determine what classes are offered and enter into YMCA company system (Daxko). Create rosters of classes from database and organize in easy-to-follow manner.
