Being a Recruitment Specialist, I strongly believed that human capital is a valuable asset for an organization. Although technology is well developing nowadays, there is no substitutes for Humans with their unique skills and talents. To cope with the dynamic changing business environment, recruiter should take a lead for the organisation's growth with comprehensive strategic plannings. And I do believed that people are the key factor to drive the organisation's success. Thus, mapping the right people in the right place with the right talents is my vision.
