Stanley Dragon Boat Association is a subsidiary association of Stanley Residents Association and its main objective is to organize Dragon Boat Event and Races and promote dragon boating in HK. Sun Life Stanley International Dragon Boat Championships, our biggest race, is the largest Dragon Boat Event in Hong Kong, which attracted 300+ racing teams and over 5000 athletes participated. Accounts handling – build up and maintain valuable, long-term relationships by providing a series of service throughout the dragon boat seasons that include but not limited to Enrollment process, practice booking and billing Propose and organize team building events to local groups like Girl Guides and entrepreneur such as K. Wah Group  Prepare and organize tailor-made dragon boat races for different parties such as Hong Kong Disneyland and the Law Society of Hong Kong Follow-up and constantly communicates with teams for better arrangement of practice and distribute important message about the races to teams Take part in different preparation works before, during and after the event which includes Licenses application, organizing team manager meeting and reminder ppt., preparing materials Brochure and flyers, race draw, site set-up, invitation of VIP and guest As a coordinator between information counter, race marshal, announcers, chief judges, race committee and teams on the race day Perform ad-hoc duties, secretarial and administrative supports to chairman
