• Senior Project Planner, in charge of HP projects, liaise with suppliers ensuring the various commodities (plastic, metal and ME others) are ready for HP's Build and Production.• Maintain Lab Change Order, Bill of Material, technical documents & communicate with Customer on project status.• Work closely with project team to support New Production Introduction to ensure smooth product rollover / introduction• Maintain PO tracking system that to allow Program Manager to track expenses efficiently.• Provide material & logistic planning support to the R&D during development phase and to send necessary drawings to vendors for parts development.• Ensure regulatory compliance documentation is done eg: ROHS• Lead or train other project planners & lead innovation of effective planning & documentation systems or procedures.• New roles as work Business Planning, issue PO to local vendors, generate Customer Invoice & Packing list for shipment, ensure customer receive goods by providing tracking AIRWAY BILL, work closely with Finance for monthly sales inventory, report to Director for sales & review forecast monthly for the products• Drive and communicate the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to all related functions for execution• Plan to manage supplies to meet production & customers’ orders• Maintain optimum inventory level of supplies & finish goods• Work closely with production, e-fulfillment centre, & vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials/supplies in order to support production build & finish goods shipment• Update inventory level & report risk analysis figures by weekly to Management.
