The Benefits EDI Quality Assurance Analyst works directly with Benefits EDI Coordinators to ensure accuracy and quality of file feeds being distributed to carriers. This position ensures accuracy and quality of format updates, file builds and assists with troubleshooting tickets.RESPONSIBILITIESUpdate and/or alter data file feed formats for current and new carriers to meet requested carrier standards that will ensure accuracy of future and current file feeds.Respond to troubleshooting tickets from including, but not limited to Benefits EDI Coordinators in a timely manner to meet deadlines and resolve issues.Validate and check the quality of each file feed for the EDI department.Create new data structures and formats for current and new carriers that meet carrier file feed expectations.Assist EDI Coordinators as needed with file building and validation to meet carrier expectations

Responsible for establishing file feeds for Paycom benefits clients. File feeds are the connection from the insurance carrier to the client employees information. Additionally, the coordinator serves as support to the customer for questions during the setup of file feeds.

Provide a quality customer experience while working to correct and collect payment on outstanding account balances. Works in a professional, customer-centric, and high-volume environment; taking inbound calls; working with internal departments; making outbound calls to determine reason for billing disputes. Provides exceptional service while being empathetic when evaluating customers situation to provide relevant solutions.

Works independently to directly influence the performance of everyone who interacts with guests and supports the store environment. Makes discretionary decisions involving all sales initiatives, operational effectiveness, marketing, scheduling, employment, and all other aspects of the day-to-day business processes of a GameStop store. This position supervises a combination of associates including an Assistant Store Leader, Senior Game Advisors and Game Advisors.
