Implemented standards, procedures, and workflows with regard to conversion and reformatting, storage and maintenance, methods of access and dissemination, and quality control for digital assets. Worked directly with the Records and Information Management manager and project management team to establish and execute the new RIM program for the District: defined project scope, executed responsibilities, provided status updates, and conducted final evaluation. Designed and managed content for the internal department website which receives an average of 1,700 views per month.Authored and distributed educational communications to introduce employees to the new RIM function. Wrote and published internal feature articles and quick reference guides.

Worked as an intern for the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop the hotel’s advertising presence through social networking sites, utilize local media resources to promote business, and create and maintain relationships with hotel personnel as well as guests.
