Providing front-to-back (FTB) coordination across the client onboarding process. Supporting Sales teams covering clients across all product groups and ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for clients. Partnering with various groups across Prime Services and the firm (e.g. Sales, Cap Intro, Legal, Risk, Credit, Operations, etc.) to serve as single point of contact for new PS relationships. Responsibilities include:-Provide a central source of knowledge on F2B onboarding requirements (Credit, Legal, KYC) & respond to client & internal queries on the F2B onboarding process. -Manage all deliverables critical to a fund's launch by hosting internal pipeline meetings and weekly status calls with the client and relevant internal groups to manage timelines and priorities.-Brief operational support teams on client strategy, setups and requirements ahead of fund launch.-Ensure all documentation in place prior to fund launch.-Co-ordinate tax forms and requirements for all markets traded-Identify areas for process improvement F2B and drive change and process efficiency.-Managing and maintaining Master Checklists, the New Relationship Pipeline report and Client Onboarding Implementation Schedule.
