• Responsible for the experience hiring including Finance, operation and other non-tech positions;
• Responsible for the end to end talent acquisition including sourcing, selection, interiewing, offer negotiation and onboard;
• Deal with hiring report;
• Responsible for the process of contractor;
• Other paper work or task which is related with talent acquisition.

Dalian

• Volume hiring for agent positon and experienced hiring for hierarchy and PWD position;
• Responsible for the efficient an effective processes including but not limited talent sourcing, selection, offering and onboarding;
• Project management: confirm hiring needs, calibrate hiring requirement, make hiring plan;
• Plan and monitor the use of different channels, e.g. RPO and CSP agencies, Job boards, internal/external reffral;
• Matain daily/weekly/monthly/yearly hiring report to provide data support to recruitment;
• Team mangement: set goals for the recruiters, following the performance and hiring conversion, make solutions when needed.

Dalian

• Work with HR or Hiring Manager to understand recruiting needs, analyze requirements;
• Post positions to various sources, and map the market situation;
• Responsible for the whole aspects of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, selection;
• Follow feedback and update on hiring status;
• Adjust the key searching points regarding to the feedback and marketing situation with the project going;
• Coordinate salary negotiation and offer signing with candidates and do referral check if clients need;
