• Responsible for the experience hiring including Finance, operation and other non-tech positions;• Responsible for the end to end talent acquisition including sourcing, selection, interiewing, offer negotiation and onboard;• Deal with hiring report;• Responsible for the process of contractor;• Other paper work or task which is related with talent acquisition.

Dalian

• Volume hiring for agent positon and experienced hiring for hierarchy and PWD position;• Responsible for the efficient an effective processes including but not limited talent sourcing, selection, offering and onboarding;• Project management: confirm hiring needs, calibrate hiring requirement, make hiring plan;• Plan and monitor the use of different channels, e.g. RPO and CSP agencies, Job boards, internal/external reffral;• Matain daily/weekly/monthly/yearly hiring report to provide data support to recruitment;• Team mangement: set goals for the recruiters, following the performance and hiring conversion, make solutions when needed.• Monitor the performance of all the vendors which we currently use in six sites, including Dalian, Foshan, Suzhou, Shenzhen, Chongqing and Xian.• Maintain onboarding data and optimize supplier usage;• Maitain payment management and give advice based on hiring cost;• Deal with vendors' employee issue

• Work with HR or Hiring Manager to understand recruiting needs, analyze requirements;• Post positions to various sources, and map the market situation;• Responsible for the whole aspects of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, selection;• Follow feedback and update on hiring status;• Adjust the key searching points regarding to the feedback and marketing situation with the project going;• Coordinate salary negotiation and offer signing with candidates and do referral check if clients need;• Follow up service after candidates on board day, and provide professional consulting on candidates' career development; establish the related talent pool.
