Check deliveries are booked in correctly and correspond with delivery notes, liaise with stores to rectify any errors. Check delivery check sheets are completed to BRC guidelines, report any errors and rectify. Entering dispatch amends, shop returns, damaged and returned products to suppliers. Support Production Managers and stock controllers in investigating unaccounted stock, identifying variances and instigate investigation to reconcile stock. Run daily and weekly reports as per schedules. Monitor inventory of office stationary and ordering supplies as necessary. Responsible for raising purchase orders, and tracking deliveries. Handling supplier calls when booking in deliveries. Updating manufacturing system and daily filing. Ensuring office procedures and systems operate efficiently. Handling requests for information and data. Circulating documents via emailAchievements: Contribution to new product launch on a national scale for over 50 new products on top of my daily duties. Introduced and implemented successful goods in delivery procedure. Taking over Transport Managers responsibility for pick by light system. Trained individuals on MSP system.
