•Assess patient condition by monitoring vital signs; recording intake and output; reviewing patient care journal; keeping family informed.• Medication reminder; changing bandages; administering oxygen; maintaining oxygen supply and equipment.•Record patient information by making entries in the patient journal; notifying agency nursing supervisor of changing or unusual conditions.•Help patients care for themselves by introducing and teaching assisted living techniques, such as using a cane or walker, using special utensils to eat, using special techniques and equipment for personal hygiene needs.•Help family members care for the patient by introducing and teaching appropriate ways to lift, turn, and re-position the patient; putting the family in contact with resources for additional home care help; directing them to medicare reimbursement approaches for hospital beds, portable toilets, canes, walkers, lift-chairs, wheelchairs, etc.•Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment by following asepsis standards and procedures; changing linens, dusting, vacuuming; maintaining kitchen and bathroom facilities, handling personal laundry; maintaining security.•Provide nutritious meals by following prescribed dietary requirements and nutrition standards; preparing, cooking, and serving meals and snacks.•Maintain continuity of patient home care by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs in the patient journal for the next caregiver.•Update job knowledge and maintain certified nursing assistant status by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; fulfilling continuing education requirements.•Protect the home health care company by adhering to professional standards, home care policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.

Emergency Room; assisting and helping the RN with patients in risk; Prepare medications andadminister according to the RN or doctor prescription, perform venipuncture as needed, patientsassessment, computer registration and all the basic care for the patients as needed on rooms:measure and record patients’ vital signs such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure,pulse, and respiration, prepare and give injections and enemas, monitor catheters, dress wounds,and give alcohol rubs and massages, help keep patients comfortable, assist them with bathing,dressing, and personal hygiene, moving in bed, standing, and walking;also feed patients whoneed help eating.

Responsible for coordinating the work of all Bible school classes, departments, and other Bible study groups toward the overarching objective of the Bible Studies. Leading the Bible school planning team in planning, organizing, enlisting and equipping leaders, and in mobilizing members to achieve goals toward the objectives. Lead in developing an effective organization that facilitates spiritual transformation. Involved as missionary in social services, special attention to families and vulnerable children. Responsible for food bank, donation of food, medication and nursing procedures to the ones in need of healthcare.Also: Lead in efforts to call participants into service and in enlisting and developing new leaders. Meet regularly with people for prayer, planning and making assignments related to evangelism and outreach, fellowship, ministry and Bible teaching. Communicate goals and actions to leaders and participants and evaluate progress. Evaluate needs related to space, budget, Bible study curriculum, supplies and other resources; and recommend actions related to needs. Set a positive example for others by living as an authentic witness of Christ and by being involved in the life and the independent ministry. I have been performing these tasks in United States and Brazil in different locations, including online during pandemic outbreak.

Assisting in the supervision and instruction of special needs students, severelyspecial needs students; observing and documenting student progress.

In Home Healthcare: Basic bedside care, help to keep patients comfortable, assist them withbathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, moving in bed, standing, and walking; also feeding patientswho needed help eating
