Built on an ambitious 21-year-old Preschool Teachers' dream of independence, Miss Mandy's Munchkins came to life. I had not had my own children yet, but I knew how important a safe, loving & educational e environment would be for children. We were more like a private school with our education program and a twist of urban farming (Full vegetable garden, fruit trees, &chickens-we sure had fun). I saw how little children were celebrated in Preschools from all around and when I set out on my mission, I knew I needed to create a place where we found any occasion to celebrate. From lesson planning, the development of an ironclad Contract, accounting/budgeting, conflict resolution, and Government program involvement, I handled it all and still had time to create a loving & supportive environment to help these children grow.
