    Over the past 3 years i've had the responsibilites of several different departments within Richmond American Homes. I was first brought into this position to be the direct assistant to the Division President at the time, I ran reports, booked travel, scheduled meetings, answered & returned calls and ran errands. This position then lead into more of an over office position which brought me into receiving the mail, sorting invoices, coding invoices, ordering office supplies, over the next year I was able to complete each of these task with ease. In the past year I have been able to spread my wings farther in the company and actually moved into the position of Production Coordinator as well, in this position I was able to put together each of the building packages to get the permits pulled on each home, keeping track of each home and where it was in the process, I worked hand in hand with the Director of Operations. I also at this point had been coding and processing all of the invoices that came in, checking on payments making sure they were processed in a timely matter as well some light HR duties, including getting the new hires started with there paperwork, checking backgrounds, getting there laptops and business cards ordered etc.
