I joined Matrix to develop their initial Children's business and managed a successful department of 4 staff.

I joined Browning as a Sales Executive / Account Manager on Ladies Store Groups and I then developed their initial Chidren's Product ranges. I then moved into the Chidren's area full time and concentrated on developing this department to its full potential, reaching second year targets of over £1M turnover. In 2004 I advanced to Divisional Manager on Children's Wear managing a staff of six. In 2005 we exceeded budget with a turnover of over of £15M.
