Daily duties include scheduling and confirming appointments, written and verbal communication with Vendors regarding all aspects of the sale process, filling out authority’s, managing sales folder compliance, assisting and following up Buyers, conducting open homes, assisting at auctions, drawing up contracts and negotiating property sales, creating CMA’s, creating case study’s, tracking sales statistics, maintaining and entering data in CRM program, prospecting by cold calling, letter box drops, door knocks and maintaining relationships with clients.

Daily duties include allocating large and difficult accounts, opening urgent new accounts, updating and maintaining current promotions. As well as, risk assessment, collections and decision making relating to the approval of financial credit.

This was a data entry role with daily office duties being archiving, sorting mail, ordering stock and assisting other staff members. I also implemented and maintained a new filing and retrieval system.

Exceptional customer service was required for this role as well as vigilance in relations to safety. A strict daily schedule was adhered to while working closely within a team.
