Mandy is a seasoned Finance Executive with experience leading teams across Finance, Investor Relations, Risk Management, Pricing, Inventory Management and Accounting - working for some of the country’s top retail and consumer brands, in both private and public settings. Mandy is currently Chief Financial Officer at e.l.f. Cosmetics.Prior to e.l.f., Mandy was CFO at BevMo! the #1 specialty beverage retailer on the West Coast.Earlier in her career, Mandy was Vice President of Finance & Analytics for Albertsons Companies, one of the largest food and drug retailers in the United States. Mandy led the Finance function for the Own Brands portfolio; a differentiated private label portfolio driving loyalty across all banners under Albertsons Companies. Prior to joining Albertsons Companies, Mandy held several Finance leadership roles for Gap Inc. Mandy’s time at Gap was spent in the Banana Republic brand – leading the Company Planning and FP&A functions. Mandy started her career on Wall Street in Investment Banking with JPMorgan in their Equity Capital Markets group. In her time there she took several companies through the IPO process, as well as executed follow-on offerings for existing public companies. Her focus was on the Oil & Gas sector.Mandy received her degree in Finance from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business. She was recently recognized as the 2018 CFO of the Year (Private Company) and prior to that, was recognized as one of the Top Women in Bay Area Business by the SF Business Times (2017).
