I have over 10 years’ experience in people management in a professional services environment. During this time I have gained experience in managing and developing the support teams with the aim to ensure they deliver client service excellence for both internal and external clients. I have achieved this by working collaboratively with colleagues to be consistent in all areas and ensure the partners and legal advisers receive a professional, efficient and high quality level of support.To achieve the above, my main focus areas are team management, recruitment, managing the teams’ workload, ensuring headcount & budgets are maintained, supporting induction together with career development and reward. Having worked for Eversheds since 1989 I started my career as a secretary and later moved into an administrative role within HR supporting the HR and Graduate Recruitment teams.
