Beginning as a Sales Rep in July of 2007, I quickly realized that I was better at building relationships than hunting them down. Once I moved horizontally into Account Management, I found my home and it was off to the races! One of our core values is “To make it better,” and that’s something I’ve always taken to heart. At Incentive Solutions I’ve had the chance to grow with the company, working with hundreds of manufacturers and distributors across dozens of industries – including some the country’s biggest brands!
