I started my real estate journey in 1999 as an Escrow Assistant and quickly worked my way up to Junior Officer and then Escrow Officer. In 2002, Diamond Quality Escrow opened its doors in the City of Chino and by 2005 I was managing the Orange County Branch. I have experience in the following escrow transactions: refinance, standard sale, short sale, REO, builder/new home, commercial, bulk/business, mobile home, 1031 Exchanges, and mineral escrows. I have enjoyed working in the real estate industry because of the ever changing marked and the challenges it brings.
