In 1994 she co-founded Learning Partners applying her business process re-engineering skills and building a deep understanding of neuroscience, personality, and behaviour.Mandy has extensive experience of organisations across a wide variety of market sectors, including Rail, Communications, Engineering, IT, and Manufacturing. She has designed and delivered many behavioural change programmes that have enabled organisations to address their business issues and bring about significant change and development within their workforce. One such culture change programme in Rail resulted in 400% increase in revenue and quality within one year, amounting to £70m more revenue per month. Mandy enjoys working with organisations and people to help them improve performance, realise their potential, and maximise profit. Her style is friendly and approachable.
