I work with the Quality Manager to ensure compliance of all three operating plants to the SQF food safety code. I update and create operating and sanitation procedures as needed, supervisor the quality technicians, and work with all three plant managers to train new employees and update current employees with GMP and Food Defense requirements. I am also actively involved in customer and third party audits of all three facilities.

In my first season with the Riverside Girls Soccer team, I led the girls to the WPIAL playoffs (for the 2nd time in the school's history for this team). My team also had the most successful record in their history. I planned and ran practices, communicated with the team, their parents, the school and other coaches. I also planned training sessions for the off-season.

I am the Production Manager for the Filling/Operations at Sensible Organics. It is up to me to follow or revise the production schedule as needed. I conduct meetings, train and supervise the production crew. I am also involved with the sanitation program in the production building by enforcing the sanitation procedures and scheduling deep cleaning activities with the crew.
