A senior executive in banking based in Finance and Controls specialising in change projects and programme management from initiation to closure. Responsible for leading a number of high profile projects within Europe. Early career initiated in Finance covering Product Controllerships and General Ledger functions, this ensured a solid foundation from which to build a strong reputation for delivery across a broad range of roles and responsibilities.Project management leadership and execution has been recognised through several large divisional projects. Approached to lead key projects, namely Year 2000 (Y2K), Business Continuity Planning, Offshoring and Target Operating Models and general Ledger implementations for both Oracle and SAP. These projects have been some of the largest scale projects available within the region with significant investment requiring the tracking of success and risk controls at a Finance-wide global level.Senior Executive and representative at the EMEA Finance Management Committee, leading and articulating the global vision around the Finance change the bank strategy and helping set direction for the Division at regional level. Communication skills are considered to be at a high level, presentations have ranged from all-employee Town Hall meetings covering 600+ people to more formal Board Audit Committee level.Business Management and Location Strategy (Asia, Eastern Europe) have also featured heavily in my career and I would be open to opportunities in these areas.
