 Manage and maintain health and welfare vendor relationships (day to day communications, renewals, analytics, etc.) Act as the primary contact for all employee benefits questions, process enrollments and resolve concerns in a timely manner Team with the Director of Benefits to determine plan design, employee premium determination and implementation of all benefits programs Design and lead the Imation LiveWell wellness program consisting of challenges, seminars, wellness fairs, biometric screenings, health assessments and incentives Administer annual benefits open enrollment (testing, forms, communications, benefits fair and audits) Maintain benefits self-billing and invoice processing and reconciliations Assist in reduction in force initiatives by conducting severance presentations, coordinating with the Minnesota Dislocated Worker Program and managing TAA applications Facilitate compliance measures to ensure all requirements are executed in a timely manner (i.e. 5500 submission, health care reform requirements, 401(k) notices, etc.) Manage all LOA and FMLA leaves and compliance Conduct orientation for all new hires (live and via webinar) Assist in benefits due diligence for company acquisitions and benefit integration planning  Bi-annually present to the Benefits Advisory Committee on benefit plan statuses, design change recommendations, strategy and analytics Continually review potential benefit add on features and options and conduct employee benefit/wellness surveys Served as the 2012 president of the Employee Action Committee (current acting member) organizing events and employee engagement activities  Promoted from Benefits Analyst to Benefits Analyst II, April 2013
