* Function as a communication hub and interface for all contractual and product-specific questions in connection with product processing and shipping. One of these was a multi-year project to harmonize processes in product delivery. This resulted in an improvement in the quality of deliveries and an increase in customer satisfaction.

My main tasks as a strategic purchaser for subcontracting included negotiating contract terms. I worked closely with the respective internal (inter)national specialist departments to build strategic partnerships. I also monitored cost reduction measures.

In my role as an IT Purchaser, I was responsible for the procurement of IT equipment. My main tasks included selecting suppliers, negotiating with them and ensuring the best value for money. I worked closely with the IT department to understand the technical requirements and procure suitable solutions. I also monitored contracts and relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and on-time delivery. My job required negotiation skills and knowledge of the IT market.One of my biggest projects, which I accompanied for 16 years, parallel to my various main tasks, was the development of an internal approval and purchasing tool and the resulting position of 1st level support:* Coordinating the implementation* Ensuring the fulfillment of all commercial requirements* Training the users* Comprehensive first-level support for users* Continuous optimization of the tool to increase efficiency and user satisfaction
