Promote a high service level for internal and external stakeholders.Facilitate the adoption of a national and consistent approach between states for pre construction and construction practices.Business system and process improvements: Engage Company staff to embrace a best practice approach to daily operations. Build the management framework for improved process. Work closely with all Group Business units (construction, building supplies, steel frame manufacturing and plasterboard franchise) to enable a smooth integration between the Group Business units.WHS Committee Chairperson: Current major project includes sourcing appropriate WHS Management to ensure that all Group Business units are compliant and effective. Establish and chair productive committee meetings for the Group.
