Professional Learning Consultant / Director - Faculty Quality Assurance System (Fqas)
CurrentProvide system-wide leadership through consultation, coordination, and continuous improvement to enhance student success.• Contribute to growth and development of WTCS college and system office staff through training, coaching, communication, recognition and support.• Collaborate with WTCS staff to sponsor the delivery of the FQAS competencies online through the WTCS office.• Consult with WTCS colleges staff on the collection and use of FQAS assessment data for continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and strategies.Collaborate with WTCS college staff in support and development of high quality, innovative professional learning opportunities to enhance student success.• Deliver high-quality, effective professional learning to WTCS colleges and WTCS office.• Collaborate and participate in the development of professional learning opportunities at WTCS office, including needs assessment, cost estimates, schedule design, development, and testing and delivery of high-quality professional learning.• Assemble and facilitate WTCS faculty and staff teams to encourage innovative and effective professional learning opportunities.• Provide support for the development of innovative professional learning through research of promising practices, content design, and assessment.Manage Professional Learning grant.• Review and provide initial approval for professional learning grants submitted by WTCS colleges.• Provide technical assistance and support to the districts regarding grants process, and review grant revisions and grant reporting documentation throughout grant cycle.
