- Purchasing scope including POS construction, merchandising fixtures and services, Gift with Purchase, print, uniform, marketing / CRM services like social listening, design, CAD hotline center, co-packing service, etc...for local market of 18 international cosmetics, skincare & hair product brands under L'Oreal group- Responsible for defining purchasing strategy per category and execution, launch tender / RFP, enhance workflow efficiency, supplier management, risk management, CSR

- Liaise with the world-class business units (BU) of branded stores over 33 markets worldwide eg Marionnaud, Superdrug, Krudivat, Watsons, etc... and Far East / European vendors on product development & shipment follow up on thousands of product SKU- Collaborate with BU for own brand / private label development on categories make-up sets, cosmetic brushes and beauty accessories, conduct tendering, source potential vendor and award order- Maintain the stable supply of planogram by analysing the sales figure from BU and managing the safety stock with vendor- Prepare and attend the buying / marketing meeting in Europe and Asia to drive order placement- Responsible for the seasonal buying trip by organizing itinerary and to accompany the overseas buyers for trade fair and factory visit- Report to Global Buying Manager with accountability for running a team of 4-6 people

- Provide key account servicing to all luxury perfumery units eg Marionnaud in 12 EU countries, ICI Paris in Belgium and Netherland and The Perfume Shop in UK on Gift with Purchase and Retail orders throughout year plan, product development, tendering run, shipment schedule and quality control- Handle all kinds of premium branded gifts eg plush, watch, candle set, jewelry, umbrella, scarf, cosmetic pouch etc...- Organize the trip itinerary and accompany the overseas buyers for their Far East buying trip
