• Full cycle accounting – Accounts receivables, accounts payables, payroll, WCB, GST, tax remittance, credit card and bank reconciliations, collections, all bookkeeping reports (monthly financial statements), tax preparation• SECOR holder and auditor• Performing all administration tasks including scheduling, answering phones, safety reports, deposits, filing, estimates/billing, City of Calgary tenders and proposals etc.

• Full cycle project accounting work• Preparation and administration of all client billings, following close attention to detail of separate contracts for each client• Ensure all project cost analysis and financial analysis were kept current at all times• Extensive month end work including monthly project accruals working closely with Project Managers• General Ledger reconciliations• Revenue recognition work• Assist senior accountants with financial reporting as needed on a weekly basis• Maintain my projects filing and data entry, including all invoices, timesheets and expense reports

• Attesting invoices, ensure accurate and timely accounting process, proactively support operations serving clients needs• Process all expenses on three major projects, including invoices, track all logistics, labour codes and approve and code vendor / third party invoices• Ensure all personal expense claims were verified and signed off for over 100 employees on a weekly basis, including tracking all wage increases and supplying clients with this information.• Complete any budget changes and variance adjustments on an as needed basis which were expected to be completed in 24 hours• Maintain my projects filing and data entry, including all invoices, timesheets and expense reports
