Manage the Independent Distribution Division (IDD) Analysis, reporting and close process with annual Sales value of $220M.Additionally:•Organize and execute month end closing process•Maintain periodic reporting for a varied audience•Sales analysis, general ledger analysis, variance analysis, cost analysis, ad hoc analysis requests•Business process and accounting flows mapping / modeling•Sales and operating expense budgeting•Continuous learning in systems to improve accuracy and efficiencies•Lead / participate in cross-functional project teams, leveraging strong business partner relationships to develop and execute projects that improve functionality, accuracy, efficiencies and control•Describe accounting flows and results to non-financial people in a way they can understand and take action on

*Manager for Inventory Financial Reporting for multiple locations across the United States.*Manage the Internal and External Audits of Inventory.*Work with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Warehouse, Labs, IT, AR, AP, R&D, and other Financial Areas to implement enhancements to our systems and processes.

Monthly reconciliation of General ledger, Commission accruals and Purchase Rebate accruals. Prepare month end close and financial package (shared responsibility with others in Finance group). Report monthly Balance sheet analysis to North American Corporate office. Upload Balance sheet, cashflow, tangible, intangible and staff costs from ORACLE ERP into HYPERION system for Global Corporate office. Act as a liaison for intercompany receivables and payables. Report weekly cashflow forecast to Global Corporate office. Distribute financial results to regional and local managers, assisting with any questions or concerns. Compute project costs and margins for capital expenditure justification. Assist with budget and forecasts.
