• Provide strategic HR support, management consultation, and employee relations guidance across departments.• Influence leadership by recommending new policies and procedures to enhance productivity and employee development.• Advise and coach managers on HR best practices on performance management, difficult conversations with employees, and methods to enhance team effectiveness and engagement.• Facilitate the implementation and training of HR and business initiatives.

• End to end case management of incoming and outgoing assignees in US, Canada and Latin America.• Manage Trend Micro’s global assignment database, monitor assignees’ visa status and permanent residency applications.• Prepare mobility-related reports including relocation budget reports and expatriate reports.• Support the assignees through the assignment life cycle including pre-assignment planning, during assignment support and end of assignment processes along with extension, repatriation and localization.• In charge of Trend Micro Global Citizenship Program-1) Home building project, deliver information session, review applications, and ensure accurate administration of whole program.2) Give and Match (Trend Matching Fund Program), manage initiatives, support fundraising activities, and coordinate with corporate HR to finalize the company’s match process.

• In charge of onboarding process, foreign employee management process, payroll and benefit administration, global variable compensation plan administration, general employee services, and exit/resignation process.• Manage HR related systems including HRIS (PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Success Factor, Jarvis), Trend Micro leave management system, Performance System (Contribution Management Portal, Talent Alignment Portal), HR Intranet (Safe Circle) and HR Case Management Service (Jira, Jarvis).• Partner with employees, managers, home and host HR managers, outside legal counsel and government agencies for document processing of visas and work permits.• Provide support on employee tax planning, filing and well as tax withholding and reporting obligations in relation to employee’s global assignment.
