Current- Monitoring on the overall group budget- Monitoring all the subsidiary contract administration - Appointment on consultant and contractor- Preparation & valuation of contractor claim- Preparation of final account- Prepare cash flow & S- Curve- Prepare feasibility study- Conducting Tender Interview- Contract Administration- Attending site meeting & client and consultant meeting- Include assistance in the preparation & monitoring of budgets- Taking off, site measurement- Tendering, preparing BQ- Conduct productivity studies on key elements of works & prepare monthly project progress claim- Identify & prepare Variation Order- Purchasing for building material & monitoring materials requirements- Responsible for costing aspects of construction at site- Preparation of invoice to the purchaser- Remeasurement of working drawing- Conduct value engineering
