Since we started eating as vegan in the last 3 years, I experienced many benefits such as: better health, more energy and the best way to show our love to The Earth etc. To me, Vegan means not only change your diet, it’s a lifestyle attitude, and I do believe this attitude is a growing trend in the future.In addition to my healthy plant based diet, the same values are spreading to my daily life.  For example, some vegan brands like Arbonne and Koala Eco have taken my attention.  I use these products myself and I noticed the change from inside body to outside after we try them. So I do love to recommend my family and friends to give them a try! Because while we enhance self in the meanwhile we are also helping The Earth too!!
