-Implemented initiatives to increase efficiency across supply chain and achieve KPI goals for the Ship From Store program-Collaborated with cross-functional groups and external partners to test new capabilities leveraging Wal-Mart's existing stores -Analyzed, developed, and executed expansion strategy for the Ship From Store program

-Researched, analyzed, and presented the Total Cost of Ownership analysis of Intel's Classmate PC deployments in key countries.-Created process guidelines of Intel's Sponsorship Program (a program designed to develop female talents within senior management). -Presented recommendations on improving the Sponsorship Program to Chief of Staff and ALP Program Manager.

Responsible for replenishing over $10 million of goods annually through domestic and import buy. -Utilized Target's retail systems to analyze current sales demands and trend inventory level accordingly to prevent unproductive inventory.
