I have proven my abilities by generating new clientele through and maintaining sales with existing customers by always maximizing profitable sales through consultative presentations. I have increased current sales over last year sales 30% with account penetration and conversions that better the needs and goals of the customer. I have found it important and beneficial to evaluate market trends to not only increase customer sales, but to continue to develop that trusting relationship with the customer. During my tenure with Powerhouse Seafood and Grill, I was counted on to increase revenue through new customer generation by relationship building, distributing press kits through business-to-business sales, guerilla style marketing, and cold calling. I established relationships with local media outlets for press releases and upcoming event coverage. I redefined our catering program to amplify off-premise sales and obtained monthly caterings for the University of Fayetteville football team and athletic department. I was also responsible for front of house hiring and training programs.

While working at the University, I learned the administrative side of business. I was responsible for various types of educational research, newsletter design and distribution, personnel files and assisted with payroll.

I was responsible to expose Bar Louie to the community and the amenities that the venue offered by traveling B2B, cold calling and being involved with functions throughout the city. I was responsible for selling $10,000 per week in food and beverages. I choreographed and organized various events in-house and throughout the community, such as grand openings, fundraisers, holiday parties and rehearsal dinners. I worked closely with the chef to ensure food quality and budget requirements to accommodate client needs. I seamlessly orchestrated a $15,000 catering event and after-hour pary for a Celebrity Golf Tournament at the John Daly Branson Creek Golf course that raised money for YMCA. Celebrities that participated were John Daly, Kid Rock, Christopher McDonald, cast of Survivor and many more.
