An associate in the Elder Law section of Hammerle Finley Law Firm. I help individuals and families prepare for and address issues surrounding aging; including assisting with will preparation, trusts, and estate planning, probate, guardianship, and government benefits planning, such as Medicaid.

Played an integral role in all Social Security Disability cases: Responsible for reviewing, editing, researching, and cite checking all briefs as well as checking all facts with Social Security transcript; Responsible for keeping all attorney’s informed of all deadlines in each case. Played an integral role in researching and drafting Petitions for all Internal Revenue Service Summons Enforcement cases; draft demand letters to delinquent taxpayers, as well as Motions for Contempt, and the necessary Orders to be sent to the Judges. Prepared all documentation for filing in delinquent tax cases: draft and file all Answers, Motions for Dismissals, Motions for Excess Proceeds as well as assisting the Assistant United States Attorney in preparing for any hearings.Managed relationships with all agency counsel, including explaining what stage our case is in and what our next step is; managing relationships with all Opposing Counsel.
