Mandy McGlothlin was born and raised in an Oklahoma small town. With over nine years of media experience, Mandy has been covering & reporting trials (including several high profile cases) all over the U.S. Mandy's focus is educating others about domestic violence, how it can lead to domestic murder and raising awareness. In her free time Mandy spends time with victims of domestic violence, volunteers in shelters and helps prepare victims facing court proceedings and testifying. It is important to Mandy that she understands the inner workings of an abusers mind. Therefore, she has spent countless hours with perpetrators; hoping to aid in breaking the cycle of violence and to make a difference.Prior to working in the media, Mandy owned and operated her own businesses and self employeed for 20 years. Before Mandy's career in journalism her businesses ranged from a convenience store, feed business and still currently owns a restaurant. By running and working in these businesses Mandy was able to interact with all types of people; which helped to mold her into the compassionate advocate that she is today. Mandy also works for a large private investigating business that has several locations in multiple states. Mandy comes from a family of hard working people and takes every case that she reports on seriously...completely immersing herself into each case as it unfolds. Mandy McGlothlin will continue to dedicate her life to this worthy cause and believes that there is no greater legacy that she could leave the world with.
