I started my billing journey with Chiropractic Health Center. The billing was a mess and I saw it as a puzzle. It all clicked. That started an entire career change. I saw how many practitioners had major billing issues, just due to lack of knowledge of billing. I started my company, RCL Billing Co. to help practitioners get their company under control and teach them how to maintain. This led me to The Practice. My tenure as Clinical Director at The Practice: Therapeutic Counseling Services equipped me with robust competencies in healthcare management and a continuous improvement culture. My responsibilities extended beyond clinical oversight; they included managing billing, fostering efficient staff scheduling, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.At The Practice, our team developed cost-effective procedures and implemented budget-conscious strategies, enhancing both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
