-Welcome and guide guests through create-your-own bowl process and offer samples to ensure satisfaction along every step-Daily preparation of sushi grade fish, raw produce, and sauces to ensure quality and reduce food waste-Complete daily paperwork, count cash for register and safe drops-Inventory upkeep, including order-placement and verifying incoming shipments-Recognize training opportunities and assist owners with enforcing and maintaining brand integrity andexpectations during COVID-19 complications

-Rapid construction of recipe specific salads, pastas and sandwiches within full view of guests to maintain expectations service and performance expectations-Communicate prep levels to maintain freshness and reduce food waste

-Maintain a positive spirit of service and foster team chemistry through exemplifying and encouraging Chick-Fil-A's values of honor, dignity, and respect. -Ensure recipes and procedures are followed to preserve brand integrity, maintain freshness, and reduce waste.-Recognize and assist with additional training opportunities, communicating progress to upper management.-Lead a kitchen staff of 4-8 through daily operational demands while adhering to food safety and health regulations.-Communicate to team members about promotions, catering and other projects.
